A very interesting and challenging project which took quite a lot of time to develop and subsequently supervise during construction as this was a full-cycle project - from architectural design and approvals with authorities to completed construction.

This 280 sq m Scandinavian-style family residence, together with a separate guest and party house featuring a sauna, sits on a spacious 6,500 sq m plot surrounded by coastal forest and close to the seaside.

This project represents a two-storey timber house with a separate Sauna building , located in the suburb of Riga, on a 2,500 m² plot.

The house is designed with an open-plan layout, while a double-height living area was a key client requirement, creating a strong sense of space and light.

It includes four bedrooms, all strictly oriented to the east, reflecting the client’s precise request regarding sunlight and views.

Two children’s bedrooms on the upper floor feature split-level layouts, separating sleeping and play areas.

A separate sauna building, relaxation areas and a large patio extend the living experience outdoors.
